Columbia Basin Railroad Motorcar Run

April 8-9-10th 2022 Pacific Railcar Operators is pleased to announce a two day spring excursion on the Columbia Basin RR in central WA on former N.P. and Milwaukee lines. Set on will be in Warden WA on Friday April 8th 2-6 pm and on Saturday April 9th 6:30 – 7:30 am. Location of set on will be in the run packet. Saturday we will run to Schrage, Wheeler, Sieler, and Othello. Sunday we’ll run to Bruce, Connell and Schrage and back to Warden. Approximately 178 miles. There will be a 16 car minimum with no car limit. The fee is $240 per car. All Narcoa rules which require a spark arrester, boots, safety vest and all safety equipment. NOTE: schedule may change due to railroad traffic. Mentoring will be available with E.C. approval, dry camping will be allowed. Obtain your run registration (Excursion Participants Registration) form on the PRO website at https://www.Pro-online.org/docs.html Along with your general release (printed on both sides) and your rail car inspection form.  Make checks out to PRO and mail then to excursion coordinator Mike Phelps, PO 197 Marlin WA 98832-0197. Before the excursion you will receive an itinerary and information regarding lodging which will be e-mailed. Operators are asked to bring 2 cans of non-perishable food to donate to the local food bank.
