PRO is proud to present Great Northwest Railroad Lewiston to Riparia, set on July 24. Details sent upon receipt of registration. We will run 164 miles round trip from Island City Oregon to Joseph Oregon and back. This is a spectacular run which starts on farming country and transitions to forests and rivers. The center section of the run is a wilderness area with no road access.
When we reach Joseph a bus will be provided to to take you to your hotel in Enterprise, where we have a block of rooms reserved, you will receive registration information when I receive your payment. The run fee is $300 This is a fixed cost run and the run fee is based on 17 paying operators. If the sign up does not reach 17 cars the run will have to be canceled.

PRO is delighted to announce our August Coos Bay (Oregon) run is open for sign-up. This spectacular run traverses 245 miles round trip from Vaughn to Coquille and return. The run starts in the wooded hills of the coast range and transitions to the rivers and lakes of the coastal plains. Finally passing down the East side of the Oregon Sand Dunes, on its way into Coos Bay. Along the way we will enjoy the cool embrace of 9 tunnels and cross hundreds of bridges ranging from small steam crossings to three turn bridges, over river estuaries.

Pacific Railcar Operators is pleased to announce a return to Columbia Basin RR September 6-8, 2019. Set on will be at Othello, WA and the group will travel approximately 180 rdt miles of former Milwaukee Road main line and Northern Pacific Big Bend RR to Warden, Moses Lake, Schrage and Connell - lines now incorporated into CBRR. The railroad services a tremendously rich agricultural region. Mentoring will be available for new operators. NARCOA insurance, operator’s certificates, spark arrestors and radios are required. Download the PRO Run Application and send it with your run fee of $195, check payable to PRO and send them to EC Bill Taylor, 6853 Lamar Trail, Florence, MT 59833. A complete packet showing lodging information, map to set on and other information will be mailed to registered participants by Aug 15.
